Every year the Li'l Mister and I host the Tamarack Aid Station at the Kettle Moraine 100, a 100-mile running race in Wisconsin's Kettle Moraine State Forest, about 45 minutes southwest of Milwaukee. We see the 100-milers four times: at mile 5, 57+, 67+, and 95. Many thanks to our volunteers who included Nancy Sellars, Cheryl Schmelzer, Paul Gionfriddo, Julie Schroeder, Bob Scherer, Ian Stevens, Eileen Sherburne, Flora Sherburne, Uncle Al Sauld, Debbie McKinzie, Tom Chopp and Julie Aistars.
Brian Kuhn preparing for his first try at Badwater. The shirt is a leftover from last year's race where he and I were on Jay Hodde's crew. Nikki (my adopted mom) Seger and Bonnie Busch are also toeing the BW line this year. I'll be crewing Nikki.
